I’ve been neglecting posting my progress over the past week as I’ve had my head buried in Narbik’s sections on QOS, ACLs, and multicast. I breezed through the section on QOS (because I’m leaving the switch configs for now until I can get my hands on a remote lab) and ACLs.

PPP Virtual template and Frame-relay

To configure a virtual template for MLP LFI on a frame-relay subinterface, you have to remove the DLCI configured under that subinterface first before reapplying it back with the ppp keyword.

Apply any LLQ, IP settings, ppp configs under the virtual template interface.

As you know, we put a lot of work in R&D and that is why our CCIE preparation products are constantly evolving.
The new SHOWiT engine looks quite similar to the previous version, however there are a lot of changes on the inside. It is faster, cross browser friendly and feature rich.
